Welcome to ProHealth

ProHealth is a remotely-delivered prostate cancer specific personalised online healthy eating and exercise program that is designed specifically for people treated with Androgen Deprivation Therapy.

Key Features

The ProHealth Program has been co-designed with a range of prostate cancer specialists (i.e., nurses, dietitians, exercise physiologists, doctors) and patients to managing the side effects from androgen deprivation therapy structured through healthy eating and exercise.

How this works

ProHealth is a randomised controlled trial in which you may be allocated to receive the immediate or delayed access to ProHealth. More information can be found in the Participant Information and Consent Form. All equipment for participating in ProHealth will be delivered to you return-paid.

Eligibility criteria

We are conducting ProHealth among people living with prostate cancer that have been treated with androgen deprivation therapy. ProHealth may be available for adults aged 18 years or older who 1:

  • Have been diagnosed with prostate cancer
  • Treated with androgen deprivation therapy for >3 months
  • Not currently under the care of a nutrition or exercise health care professional

Once you register your interest in ProHealth a member of the research team will be in contact with you to confirm eligibility.
